The JSW Group has launched a one-of-a-kind Summer Internship Program (SIP) for undergraduate students from all academic backgrounds. Interns are encouraged to provide creative solutions to the problems at hand in their respective projects, while being mentored by the best managers in the country. The JSW SIP team has developed projects in which interns will have the ability to provide innovative solutions to management. The vision behind this internship is to ensure that each intern has responsibility for his/her project and is not used by the company as just another pair of hands. Several internships will require travel. Internships will be offered across major functions (below) in 5 Group companies - JSW Steel Ltd., JSW Energy Ltd., JSW Infrastructure, JSW Cement, JSW Ventures. All interns will be paid a competitive stipend (Indian Standards) and have the opportunity to be given a pre placement offer (depending on performance). The offer will allow select interns direct entry into JSW’s Graduate Rotation Program.
