On behalf of Brill Publishers and their distinguished editorial collective, Syed Akbar Hyder, the Editor-in-Chief of the new Journal of Urdu Studies from tthe University of Texas at Austin, welcomes scholars to prepare submissions for their inaugural issue. The first issue is scheduled to be published in October 2019. Submissions are due May 15th, 2019.
