Race, Rights, and Religion Conference

Friday, April 20th 9AM-5PM Saturday, April 21st from 9AM-1PM Perry World House Global Policy Lab   5 talks which will be given on Friday and  3 talks to be given on Saturday.   The conference is sponsored by the Religious Studies Department in partnership with other university bodies including the Boardman Fund and the South Asia Center, and will be held at Perry World House.  It brings together an outstanding group of scholars to discuss a range of pressing and timely questions concerning the intersection of race and religion as they relate to rights in the modern United States.     Coffee and a light breakfast and lunch spread will be provided both days, as well as a reception on Friday from 4-5PM.
