Youth Exchange Scholarships from the Department of State
A set of unique opportunities exists for high- school students interested in international diplomacy and building language skills. The Department of State is sponsoring several Youth Exchange Scholarships with approaching deadlines for study abroad during the 2013-2014 schoolyear.
